This one, the idea that everyone in a startup is a "doer" is clown balls
I'll say that 99% of FOSS projects are better depicted with one guy pushing the desk/cart, and no one else.
The foss panel is more like my corporate projects lately.
Corporations project needs at least 3 more people in the wagon and less people pulling it.
