In what world are startups like that? They are absolute nightmares, and the golden parachute the ceo has that saves him after leading the company off the cliff is not shown

I'll say that 99% of FOSS projects are better depicted with one guy pushing the desk/cart, and no one else.

Corporations project needs at least 3 more people in the wagon and less people pulling it.
