There used to be an app called Kalinka that was specifically for Russian language learning, you might still be able to find it. Memrise is also another online resource, as is russianforeveryone.com.
If you want a textbook, I highly recommend the old "Russian for Everybody" series by Russky Yazyk Publishers.
