This doesn't match the headline. The committee is specifically formed to ban books, and banning books is what's no longer allowed.

It's funny. I'm in New York and conservatives here seldom try any book bans. I realized it's not that they don't live here, it's that publishing is a major business in this area and they don't want to piss off potential donors.
