After 50 pounds, 2k miles, and a countless smiles it’s time to upgrade from my Orbea Occam.

It’s been great but looking forward to what’s in the mail!

Anyone else looking forward to an upgrade?

What are you looking to upgrade to? Might want to keep this one as a backup or guest bike. Always good to have a spare!

I already sold the bike! In a perfect world a backup would be great but I really wanted to put the money towards something new.

I have an eminent on the way! I was actually able to demo the onset st, onset lt, haste lt, and a bunch of other brands over a few days. But the design of the eminent bikes with their suspension and braking really won me over!

yup. new pedals for my 2016 Haibike sduro hardnine sl. ordered raceface chesters. the stock ones where shit even new and now its a safety hazard. hope the chesters will have more grip. mine has a little bit more mileage on it at 10584km or 6576.5927 miles

The blue Chester’s are actually pictured here! They are great pedals, plenty of grip all the way until I replaced them with the atlas set.

Ended up replacing them because after so many pedal strikes I was missing a good amount of screws and plastic on them!

The atlas pedals are great with the angled screws, but the chesters might have them beat with all out grip.

Oh yeah that’s gotta be a huge upgrade! A good pair of shoes like five tens to with them and you’ll have grip for days!

honestly even with my Adidas cloudfoam neo shoes they feel like being glued to the Bike.
