Liminal spaces are the subject of an Internet aesthetic portraying empty or abandoned places that appear eerie, forlorn, and often surreal. Liminal spaces are commonly places of transition (pertaining to the concept of liminality) or of nostalgic appeal.

Anyone who has played the Titanic PC game, you imagine piano music, and walk through this hall one step at a time.

Titanic: adventure out of time (im assuming is what op is talking about).

Its an open world point and click adventure game aboard the titanic. Its a fantastic game with some really memorable ambient music.

I assume this is the track op is talking about. https://youtu.be/UK4vF43a8AQ

Bingo! My father and I used to sit down and play this when I was a kid. This game runs through my mind whenever I'm on a ship.

Since we don’t spring for expensive rooms, I like the rooms on these floors with a window. You can walk that hallway to the right elevator/stairway and go right where you want.

I somewhat prefer those floors. The windows are closer to the water and you get better views of the waves and whatever is in the sea. If I want the view from up high there is always plenty of space on the public decks.
