My workplace hasn't really incorporated AI or anything yet, but I have found that chatGPT has helped me clean up a lot of my emails from being either too wordy or not professional enough.
I've also used it to source appropriate finishes and coatings for designs for very specific applications.... Things that would have normally taken a half-hour plus to search around and read up on, takes me only a minute or two as it points me in the right direction. I don't believe anything that it says point blank, but it's like Wikipedia, it's a fantastic starting point to focus your research in a specific direction.
I find that it's a fantastic rubber duck, you can ping your ideas and hypotheses off of it and it helps you kind of figure out/sort out your ideas a little bit easier (versus having to constantly go and talk to my co-worker).
