yes check out [email protected] userscripts (you'll need to install tampermonkey)

I wrote this one and it works great in firefox for android with tampermonkey installed https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/468460-kbin-collapsible-comments

it appears you are correct and that is some utter bullshit.

I know someone recently submitted a PR for it but don't have the link readily available at the moment. You probably won't have to wait long for kbin to upgrade and add it.

every browser on iOS is just a safari wrapper. It's BS. There's rumors they'll start allowing other browsers though.

Nice. I'll look into it. I do feel on the last few years apple has loosened their stranglehold on controlling everything. Things like opening NFC, Safari extensions, and the shortcuts app are a step in the right direction. Made my transition from Android much easier.
