Is "The Weekly Title" the name of a different newspaper? How am I supposed to parse this sentence?
"Title" just seems to be used as a synonym for newspaper to avoid repetition.
Thanks for that. I'd usually see 'publication' or 'print' or the like. Just a brain connection not being made, I guess.
