Him recruiting the News Coo does sound a lot like Luffy. Though obviously the "mutiny" comment is more this new Live Action Luffy, who also looks to be very funny IMO.
I liked buggy devil fruit power animation. Loved garps glimpse, he looks cool. Overall excited about the show.
I really like the 2nd one. It's getting me in the One Piece mood with the silly stuff within the crew and characters. Fighting was there, Buggy was there, the real future pirate king!

Everything looks great, interesting that arlong is on the Baratie though.
They have to condense material. My only concern about that is Nami not "betraying" the crew by stealing the ship and pushing Johnny and Yosaku off the boat. My theory is that Johnny and Yosaku won't be in it and that Nami will "stab" Usopp in Baratie instead of at Arlong Park.
You're probably right considering they announced most of the cast for the characters in Season 1 but Johnny and Yosaku weren't in the announcements iirc

Looks alright compared to the soul crushing first trailer.
Looks like its gonna be a pretty fun pirate romp. The humor kind of reminds me of pirates of the carribean, I hope they dont overdo it with that. Besides that, its interesting that arlong (who looks pretty good imo) is at the baratie, so it seems like in this version he tries to hunt nami down for whatever reason
