I nearly scrolled past this headline as usual. But it ended up being an interesting well written article.

I like how Iger says the writers demands are no realistic and don't fit today. However, his 27 million dollar salary totally is.

It's like saying we got trapped in traffic even though we are traffic. Those CEOs themselves are the root of the issue, not some "Sillicon Valley" fairy concept. This issue is not unique to that location either.
