Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.

That's some damn impressive craftsmanship for like 5000 years ago.
I'd be lucky if I could figure out back then how to go from Oldowan industry to Archulean industry.
Even given that it is decorative, it doesn't look like it would be good at chopping things. Cool though
