Wow... i'm surprised they are getting out of the game but I can't say they have been very good recently. When I look for benchmarks or reviews usually hardware unboxed or that guy with the hair are the ones I go to nowadays.

Oh wow! We lost a genuinely good technology news website.

Although, I am not surprised this happened. There was a big overlap between Tomshardware and AnandTech so it makes sense that they would optimize their properties.

These days video reviews are the growth driver. That being said, I do prefer written reviews, I find video reviews to be more difficult to navigate and to drill down into charts.
