Ugh it's not gonna pass. There is only 1 out of 12 months left for collecting signatures and they're only at 25%.
I voted for Czechia but I'm not sure if it makes much difference as we're far from reaching the threshold anyway...

Yeah, in Hungarian news sites, I haven't seen it and besides, average voter is extremely skeptical about these kind of petitions

Portugal is not eastern for sure. I'm pretty sure this hasn't been news anywhere and I've only seen talks about this petition on the fediverse.
Most people are used to get fucked around here I guess. Also there's the idea that many think they are the rich ones and don't consider these kind of things I guess.
