Leaf miners - worms inside the leaves. Not a huge problem in tomatoes. But if they spread to greens like spinach or kale, you either throw the leaves away or get extra protein (yuck).

Should I just prune those leaves that are infected, or use something like a spray? I have a spray bottle with a small amount of dishwash soap and spirit alcohol diluted in water which ive used in the past quite effectively
Not the person who you asked but I asked my mom out of curiosity because she grows tomatos every year together with a lot of other plants(in a field not in containers) and she said she would prune them, but she never had to deal with this specific issue herself. Not the most useful answer, but as you didn't get the response yet from who you were asking I thought I might as well chime in.
