Anyone have any idea what this is and how to heal it? 4 of my 10 tomato plants have this, and they're the smallest. Is it just genetics?

Should I just prune those leaves that are infected, or use something like a spray? I have a spray bottle with a small amount of dishwash soap and spirit alcohol diluted in water which ive used in the past quite effectively

Not the person who you asked but I asked my mom out of curiosity because she grows tomatos every year together with a lot of other plants(in a field not in containers) and she said she would prune them, but she never had to deal with this specific issue herself. Not the most useful answer, but as you didn't get the response yet from who you were asking I thought I might as well chime in.

What they said - I don't do much social media on the weekends. Too busy in the garden, sorry. :D
