I love and use on a daily basis LossllessCut but it's only available on Win/Linux/Mac.

It's an open-source lossless video cutting tool that lets you edit raw footage super quickly

Is there an alternative on Android?

I don't seem to be seeing any direct FLOSS equivalents, but have you tried Lossless Video Cutter?

Might also be worth exploring other encoding options

As of now, there isn't a direct open-source (FLOSS - Free/Libre and Open Source Software) alternative to LosslessCut available on Android.
