Don't get me wrong, I like Kirschner, I watch his channel, and he's got a ton of experience and insight.

However, he's very much on the side of being "overly hopeful" around the topic of Trump's legal woes, kind of to the point of not always being completely objective. Harry Litman and Andrew Weissman are more objective, and I would love to know either of their opinions on this.

You may be right. I am less familiar with Kirschner than Weissman. I would like to hear Weissman's opinion too.

If they can prove Trump personally directed the fake elector scheme and it wasn't just Eastman or Giuliani or Chesebro or somebody, then yes, he absolutely should be indicted, and not just in Arizona, but all the fake elector states.

Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

TBH, it all looked too clean and organized for anyone other than a lawyer to have pulled it off. I'm betting on Eastman or Chesebro. Giuliani couldn't even identify the Four Seasons.

I feel like it should carry federal charges too.

I'd prefer a RICO charge, round them ALL up.

I’d also be willing to hear a half-assed argument for solitary…

It would probably be a lot more effective. The man is a moron, but I’ll bet he could own the joint with his cash flow and ability to manipulate people for favors. He’d fit right in.

He'd immediately get killed by one of the non-Nazi gangs.

It'd be funny? 🤷🏼‍♂️
