Yeah. Felt a bit too faux gen z. Nothing against trying to attract new audience. But it felt like they were trying too hard. The music choices felt too loud. Also the constant propaganda feels very tiring. Eppo paaru pushing their party messaging. Adhu kooda paravala. Big boss taglines laam padathula vara theva illai. Characters don't spend time thinking about their dilemmas. I don't know. Feels like classic the-audience-are-stupid-lets-spoonfeed-everything type movie

Kamal is massively overestimating how much people like him doing Big Boss. I used to be a big Kamal fan, and bb totally spoiled him for me.
