We know the gunmen rape kids and minors. The cases are many and fact. Truth.
But there can be no undercover. They know who is undercover so they can't get caught. Then all the child rapes that happened were sanctioned and the community just sat on it for ten years because there were no secret ethics undercover to charge them in a timely manner.
I've seen the cases. That's often how it is. The kids are raped and the badges are paid and respected for years. No one violated all their privacy and immediately put them on the streets. They were pampered and protected gunmen who raped and sexually abused the vulnerable of the community. It took so many years to find out. When we did, the sheep soon forgot and honored authority once again.

We must not sanction rapist badges. There are undercovers. We don't know who they are. Could be a vagabond. Could be their wife.
All the atrocities cant be communally sanctioned, can they?
But why does it take so long to come out? Why are they so pampered and respected, the child rapist gunmen, while there is total invasive surveillance for nonpersons supposedly thought nothing of who never commit a serious or any crime?
There must be undercovers.
