i still wondered what if a gravel stone slip in to those empty spaces

I'm thinking that surely they had to think of that in the design stage, so either they automatically empty when they get to the top of the arch or the final product will have tyre walls.

I don't believe it's prone to this type of issue as generally there's not much lateral force applied to the tire wall with any sort of debris. These tires are already in use in a variety of construction and agricultural applications btw, you can probably find good data on how they perform there but I've anecdotally heard good things.
