People of the sim racing community,
I need some help regarding an upgrade to a triple monitor setup. I’m currently running a single 27 inch 144hz 1440p monitor, however I do want to upgrade to a new monitor setup and my current monitor is nowhere to be found on the internet anymore. Being limited by space, a 27 inch triple screen might fit, however, my main concern is the new resolution being too much for my GPU (an RTX 2060 from gigabyte) in case of running a 1440p monitor set. I’ve considered the following 2 alternatives:
- 27 inch 1080p 144hz
- 24 inch 1080p 144hz
My questions now are, is a triple 27 inch at 1080p noticeably different in terms of looks? And is overall the 24 inch set a better solution for my current setup, or would the size difference be too big?
I hope this gives enough info about my scenario and that someone can help me with making a choice.
