Who has been the most and least creative with their firebending? rather than just launching fire blasts, they use flight,shields, whips, etc

Imo, Azula was the most consistently creative. They really did a good job depicting her as the savant she was supposed to be. Like in the examples you chose, using fire as a shield is much more unique than any of the others.
