min-ed-launcher is freakin awesome.

Even does chainloading of further 3rd party apps.

The cherry on top is that it's running [for me] on Linux too and it beats the vanilla launcher in speed any day.

Yup I use it on linux also - the default launcher drives me nuts. Don't get me wrong it's a lot better than it used to be, but min-ed-launcher chews it up and spits it out lol.

Good to see the hardpoint map back somewhere online!

https://www.spansh.co.uk is an amazing tool. It takes a bit of effort to set up a search, but it's very powerful. It's not just a Neutron Plotter!

+1 for spansh

It's edsy > Coriolis for me.

EDMC and/or EDD are must-haves too; EDSM/Inara/EDDB need all the help they can get, that information doesn't appear on its own without your help1

I use EDDI and occasionally EDDiscovery. EDDI has a nice voice feature allowing me to stay tabbed out on the 300k+ ls trips; EDDiscovery is very strong when it comes to exploration.

Both can submit to EDDN, Inara, and EDSM. EDDis also submits to Edastro.

There's seriously a lot of data that gets posted to EDDN like docking status. Theoretically this stuff is all tactically useful, but the only tool making use of it (that i know of) is https://github.com/inorton/EDMCHits, an EDMC plugin.

https://www.edsm.net/ The hub for most things exploration and expedition

https://edastro.com/ Maps, charts, graphs, and the home of Galactic Exploration Catalog for POIs

https://coriolis.io/ My preferred ship building site

Edsm and Coriolis are very good. I will check out edastro

Currently still in development but I am working on my own client: https://github.com/arne-fuchs/edcas-client

I also started to work on a website where want to have functions like in eddb.io

I know there also exist edpn but it is just a personal project.

EDMC-Massacres is a plugin for EDMC which helps you keep track of total kills required when stacking pirate massacre missions.

If you don't know about Massacre Stacking, here's an explainer (youtube), (piped mirror).

Also… full disclosure — I am dev behind this plugin :)

There's also https://siriuscorp.cc/edsa/ – this is a mirror as the original page is no longer up. Can be used to visualize weapon layouts and as a result, the convergence of different ships.

EDDiscovery from the site summary "In short it's a 3rd party tool that can track your Elite Dangerous travels, combat, trading, rank etc."
This seriously undersells the capability of this tool - check the wiki for more info.

https://troynt.github.io/elite_dangerous_controls_reference/ import your keybindings file and view/search them through your browser.

I pinned this post as I think it's a great resource for all. Also I wanted to test the mod tools :) If you disagree let me know.
