In light of the issues going on the other site, I thought it would be a good idea to create an Airstream group here.

Yeah...I'm watching on damn-near a daily basis. I'm trying not to finance...so I may still have a few months to go. The waiting sucks.

Oooh...I think I found it - I drive out Wednesday to get her. My first Airstream...finally. It's a bit bigger than I was after, but it's still a Classic model with hardwood cabinets. Wish me luck!

Guess the Airstream folks haven't made it here yet???

Anyway, as an update - I did end up buying my first Airstream! It's funny though - I've had it for about 3 weeks, and my wife hasn't seen it in person yet (even though she's the one that found it!). It's a 2004 Classic (28ft twin-bed). I'll hunt down an image-host and post a pic or two.
