I'm currently recovering since endoscopy and diagnosis ( and this being allowed to cut gluten). I'm happy for the explanation as to why I'm severely anemic and had IBS/gas for last decade but still waiting for my guts to heal and function well.

Anyone else further along with recovery?

Hii

I just turned up from reddit and yay let’s vent about bread :)

Been recovering four years now. It changed my life a lot. I learnt how to build muscle for the first time and I now I’m gonna get all buff and be a ninja.

Oh hi there! I though everyone was still back on Reddit. This is great.

My bread in the UK is ok but it's not strong enough for sandwiches ;)

I still haven't recovered after 3 months,.which is frustrating but will see what the specialist says when they fit me in. Muscle is a big deal for me too, I never bulked up as child or teen, no matter what I ate. Hoping I can grow a bit more now at 38 xD
