this is almost textbook "passive aggressive Toronto". "Dozens" of posts online! ....meanwhile only 6 calls were made to 311 and NO ONE thought to call the cops. But to complain online? sure thing! that's easy.
yeah it sucks that this happened but come on. even like 3 to 4 calls to the police about this would have warranted police intervention but none of these people thought that would be a good idea.
