Practical? Probably not considering I think the company that made them is out of business. But just thought this was a really neat idea. Maybe someday we'll have cartridges using fasten enough burning powder to get silent shots out of reasonable length barrels.

I think we all know how this ends up - ATF coming by to make sure your shotgun barrel isn't to long OR to short. Gotta goldilocks it.

Maybe this whole time the ATF was secretly on our side and attempting to guide us towards the one true self-defense option, the 96" barreled Mossberg 500.

If the barrel gets long enough, it could become a FOD hazard for passing airlines.
