What ever happened to Wenger's proposed rule change to the offsides rule (need to have an actual gap between players to be offside)? Maybe it's stalled in FIFA committees.

I fully support the spirit of the change, to be clear - I think Arsene's intent was to remove a lot of the waffling around drawing lines and such. But automated offsides has kind of made that issue moot.
Automated offsides killed the urgency of it

This England team (albeit with the C squad but talented bunch) can't seem to score against Bosnia. Bosnia 🤷🏻♀️
Got the win tbf, though from what I can see on Fotmob it was basically a penalty and then the B team + Kane finished the job.
The game changed once they made the subs. So yeah the starters aren't quite rotation materials.
Grealish picking out Trent was great, Kane basically played tap in merchant...Madders was as usual a bit useless.
