With grilled tofu skins, chinese smoked tofu avocado takuan (pickled raddish) nori cucumber shiitake mushrooms black sesame seeds and of course sushi rice
doesn't look like much but it was delicious.
Those shiitake mushrooms are cooked, right? Smart me didn't do that long time ago when I felt those mushrooms would look nice in a salad. Felt really nauseus that night, on the edge of throwing up.
