Bro, I'm sorry. My kid was the worst sleeper in the world. Still at 3.5 yrs he gets up once a night almost every night.
I'm well past this and still have flash backs and snap awake if a baby cries
It has taken me well over a year to convince my wife to move my 3.5 year old into our room overnight and let me sleep in the other room with our 6 year old (both of whom are waking up every night a couple of times and waking each other up).
She's finally listened and now everyone is finally getting some sleep.
My nightly shifts also end at 2am. Strength be with you in these difficult evenings.
