Love all the handwringing in this article.

I’m honestly surprised it was basically just decency that held crap like this at bay until now. But it’s encouraging to see it being banned :-)

I recall my jaw dropping to the floor when I read Reems had a 20% fee for bullshit

edit this was a quarter of a piece of paper, in tiny font, posted in a tiny corner in front of one chair for dine in. I don't even recall if they offered a receipt but their POS definitely asked for a tip.

It's so stupid to do this. Pay livable wages, price your food accordingly. No charge fees, no signs necessary.
