If you just unboxed the tv and there is a dead pixel.

TAKE IT BACK TO THE FUCKING STORE!

Don't have it repaired. Don't ask for someone to come look at it. Don't try to deal with it. Take it back and get another.

OK he's disabled. In general take it back. Since he's disabled that changes things a little. But at the end of the day. Do everything you can to return it.

If it was ordered through Amazon then send it the fuck back. Do not have it repaired. Get a good one and have the company deal with the screwed up one.
