Don’t die. It’s a prototype and I’ll need like 7 of those. I cut two lefts rather than a left and right.
Do you have other joinery gong on, or are those legs relying on pocket screws to hold the load? Is it going to stand up to the racking forces that chairs take?
Just screws and glue so far in the design
are you comfortable with that joint taking that load?
Did you start from the cushion size as your base dimensions? I’m thinking about doing something similar and trying to decide on how to figure out the sizing.
Yes, 24” x 24” seems the most common.
