Jamahal Hill unfortunately informs us about rapturing his Achilles and having to take time away to heal now. He will follow in Jiri’s footsteps in vacating the title until he can come back 100 percent.

I’m sad about this news but know that he’ll come back better than ever. Salute to Hill and congrats on the journey he has carved himself out so far!

What a shame. I hope he recovers. LHW is cursed at the moment. Błachowicz vs Pereira for the vacant title? Would be weird to make that the new main event.

LHW feels cursed. Since November 2022 they’ve had Jiri’s injury, the Ankalaev-Blachowicz draw, and now Hill’s injury too.

Don't forget Rakic's blown knee. Though that was at least partly due to Jan's kicking work.

Maybe Jiri vs Adesanya in Australia for the vacant title.

Respect to these LHW fighters for not making us suffer through interim title fights and long delays. Who is deserving of a shot at Jiri for the vacant belt?

Anka or the winner of Pereira V Jan

Ankalaev or Blastoise

That's terrible but hope that he (and Jiri) come back healthy and when they are ready

Paul Craig’s gonna be the LHW champ by the end of the year.

We should be so lucky.

dang! that's a pretty bad injury to have too...

he seems like a good dude, hopefully he actually is able to recover and fight for the belt again
