It is still around, but it is getting harder to find decent stuff. Kabaka has a few hip-hop leaning tracks. I think Runkus and Royal Blue lean more to a rap flow and hip-hop/rnb beats. Maybe 5 Star Celestial will interest you? I dig his style: https://youtu.be/yrzSww1Eo4o

It used to be a big trend in the 90s, they all used those dirty new york beats too. was cold.

And yeah I like some 5 Star stuff! Great artist
