Anyone remember when this happened?

Officer Wende Kerl demanded that Danquirs Franklin "drop the gun" and repeatedly yelled "drop the gun" at him. The only problem? It was in his hoodie pocket and his hands were already in the air. After reaching for the weapon to put it on the ground, Wende Kerl shit him because "he grabbed the gun". His dying words were "but you told me to".

His family kids deserve every penny of this settlement.

How Kerl isn’t charged with murder is beyond me.
