Yeah that was absolutely inconsequential to most people to be honest.

Grandstanding, that was the point.

The tax credit is based on like 1980s rents. $4000 is less than two months rent at today's rates. Everyone I know is paying well over $1000 unless they are living with more more than person per bedroom.
