This is a decent new jumping-on point for archaeology YouTuber Stefan Milo, who devotes a significant amount of time to debunking pseudoarchaeology. But all of his videos are interesting. I highly recommend him.

I like Stefan but unfortunately I think it will take more than intelligent analysis to convince true believers that Atlantis is a myth, it’s been well ingrained after centuries of campfire tales. This myth wont just dissipate away due to a discussion on the Joe Rogan show especially in this age of ‘my truth doesn’t need your facts’. Plato, ffs!

I agree with you completely. I think Stefan was being hyperbolic. But he did suggest that at least Rogan might have changed his mind and hopefully, that will spread out amongst his followers.
