Been waking up before my alarm for the last week. Mostly like 430am but once 330am. My alarm is set for 6am M-F. I attribute it to the increased daylight and reduced time with “night” before bed. Hope my rhythm adjusts soon.

Manic and mixed episodes tend to be more common in the spring because of the light increase, that’s for sure. I hope you adjust soon as well!

My 4th and 5th attempts to find a therapist this year failed, but my psychiatrist said I'm one of their favorite patients, so I have that going for me.

Sometimes humor is all we have... I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck in finding a therapist, I know it can be really difficult to find the right fit. I hope you have better luck in the future, if you choose to keep searching.
