Kreg Track Saw + Project Table not cutting at 90 degrees. Anybody had this issue? (self.woodworking)

I recently bought a Kreg ACS Project Table combo kit. I did all the proper setup techniques. I cut my zero clearance line in the table. Installed all the measurement strips. All that setup, done by the book and YouTube videos.

I lined up all my stock against the bench dogs and started ripping…

After checking all the boards, they’re not all cut perfectly square! I thought the concept of this system was it was near impossible to get misaligned cuts? Anybody else have this issue? Help please! Haha

I can't help directly, but looking at the product page, there are about a dozen different ways alignment could get out of whack enough to cause noticeable error. I see lots of manual placements, lots of mdf, and lots of moveable parts, many of them made out of rather thin aluminum, and all marketed to beginners.

How much error are you getting? What's your experience level? Any prior hobbies (I ask only because machinists sometimes drive themselves nuts with the slop inherent to woodworking)? Is the error consistent or variable? Does it change based on type or size of stock? Do you have a basis for tool comparison, e.g. table saw, hand-marked track saw cuts, Festool MFT, etc.?
