Great chapter after a long break. Had me anxious the whole time for Garp, and unfortunately I don’t think he’s out of the woods yet. I really hope it’s not Kuzan though, I want him to be redeemable. And I also want to see Garp, Dragon and Luffy together at least once.

Yeah it's really set up for Garp to die. Something needs to happen, if koby got kidnapped and then rescued with no consequences for the story other than showing garps backstory and strength, it wouldn't really make sense.

feels off seeing Kuzan training with no devil fruit, apparently able to punch mostly toe to toe with Garp. Mr Lazy Justice.

Looks the the focus will be shifted onto Aokiji in the next chapter, there is no doubt that he will stop Pizarro. And it looks like Garp's end is imminent.
The weirdest part to me is that it doesn’t feel like we’re getting any hints of Kuzan regretting this or even being uneasy about it. Garp was his mentor even if it wasn’t as direct as Garp’s relationship with Koby and Helmeppo.
Is Kuzan actually a baddie, now?
