It looks like an oily liquid enveloped an apple and then froze, only for the apple to disappear and leave this enticing husk of ice.

This happens. Icy rain encases fruit, the fruit withers and falls out or is eaten by something, and the ice shell remains hanging on the tree.

Some people just reuse the same negative prompts for everything, even if they are bogus.
