The location may be familiar to some, as it was previously home to the community staple College Hill Coffee Company for over 40 years. In the spring of 2023, the owner of College Hill Coffee Company decided to retire but wanted to pass the space along to another business that wanted to run it as a coffee shop, so she reached out to the owners of La Terza to see if they would be interested.

I used to go to their old Brick and Mortar in the industrial park off Lincoln Heights, it was definitely not a commerical shopping location, but at the time it was across from the original Rivertown Brewing so I could get some coffee and beer at the same time.

I always wanted to go up and see Rivertown at least once and then grab some coffee. Never did though. But hey, at least the coffee shop is now not that far away from me.
