Kirby is in a tough position. Does he need to start suspending people? Ok, where do you draw the line? I think if a player is ticketed as a "super speeder" or for racing, it's an automatic suspension. That would align with state law and give the program an easy out. Ultimately the responsibility lies on these recklessly entitled players, but it's up to Kirby to put his money where his mouth is.
