Another big test tonight in Toronto, who've dropped two straight against the Canes and Devs (granted, without pretty much their entire defensive lineup).

Bit of a blowout...but at least the other guys didn't win.

RESULT: Caps lose, 5-1. Both the Wings and Flyers also lost last night, preserving our two-point lead above the Wings in that second wild card spot with an extra game in hand and our one-point deficit below the Flyers with two games in hand.

Next up: Back home tomorrow night (Friday) for another test, this time against the Bruins.
