Weird West (or Weird Western) is a genre of fiction that uses the Wild West period of American History as a foundation and then adds fantasy/supernatural elements to it. So stories where gunslingers encounter zombies, vampires, demons, robots, or any other creatures that wouldn't otherwise be present in a standard Western.

This is a community for sharing various Weird West works. Movies, Books, Comics, Video Games, TV Shows, whatever fits.

Not sure if a perfect fit, but a comedy western rpg with a bit of a supernatural element. If you haven't already you should check it out!

I have a friend who played this game. He said he would search every spitoon he came across just in case there was money in it. The game eventually told him he was disgusting and let him wear the spitoon as a helmet.

There are a lot of weird oddities like that in this game, it also has multiple endings, through branching decisions and missions, so there is a fair amount of replayability.

My favorite is the walking silly perk/skill

I should revisit this game, I remember really enjoying it when I played through years ago

They also released a sequel a while back. It's on my wishlist, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

The authors of this game are my favorite developers of all time. Good for them!

I picked up a copy of this last night and played a couple hours. Definitely entertaining. I've quickly collected a pack full of odd and random stuff that I hope becomes useful eventually. My little snake buddies don't seem to be good for much. If they don't die in the first attack wave of a fight, they whiff their attack, then die in round two. I guess their sacrifice saves me from a few points of damage if nothing else.
