Giving you a quick test post from my instance.

Looks like it's working, there are some federation issues happening with lemmy as a whole. Also links like https://poptalk.scrubbles.tech/c/[email protected] won't work until someone from that instance subscribes to your community. Otherwise you just have to search for them
