My dad did, and says it’s the best decision he ever made. Though he’s been talking about leaving for like 20 years.
It really depends on you and why you want to leave. Make sure you do tons of research too.
If you have the means, and aren't trapped by the government, then yes
I assume you mean permanently given the server I'm seeing, but you should definitely travel and see if you're happier somewhere else. We don't know what the future holds, but sure, leave temporarily and see how you like other places
