Si ça peut être de la télé-médecine, pourquoi pas. Sinon, nous ne faisons que déplacer le problème d'une province vers une autre. Pas mal toutes les provinces manquent de main d'oeuvre en santé, peu importe le titre d'emploi.
If they can work from home, sure, go ahead. Otherwise, we're just moving one province's problem to another. There's a shortage in healthcare all across Canada, no matter your job title.
Bien d'accord avec toi, ça ne ferait que faire le problème déménager ailleurs. Par contre, j'aime bien l'idée des licences interprovinciales; est-ce que nos systèmes de santés sont si différents un de l'autres que c'est vraiment nécessaire, ou est-ce simplement un autre complot d'administrateurs qui veulent justifier leurs positions en se donnant de la job?

I agree with you, it'd just shift the problem elsewhere. However, I do like the idea of interprovincial licensing; are our healthcare systems really that different from one another, to the point where seperate licences are necessary, or is this just another layer of bureaucracy from administrations trying to justify their existence?
Non, c'est pas si différent d'une province à l'autre. La seule chose qui justifie encore la présence de l'Ordre des Infirmiers/Infirmières du Québec (au lieu d'un national governing board pan-Canadien) c'est le doux 35M$ minimum qu'ils font par année en collecte de droit de pratique seulement. A vrai dire, j'ai plein d'amis d'enfance qui sont RN du Québec et qui travaillent à Edmundston. Ça se fait.
Nah, from one province to the other, it's pretty much the same. The only thing keeping the Quebec Nurses' Board running is the 35M$ (minimum) yearly benefit they get by collecting practice rights from their members. As a matter of fact, plenty of my childhood friends got their diploma by studying "abroad" in Quebec and came back home to work in Edmundston. It can be done across all of Canada and medical knowledge is medical knowledge.
